FOR B2B MARKETING AGENCIES
Your clients want AI prices. Your team still checks every claim.
MyndHyve is a campaign studio your agency runs under its own name. It drafts each client's launch from that client's product docs, shows the source for every claim, and gets the client's sign-off in one place. Do the work in less time, or offer it to your clients as your own.

THE PROBLEM
Why AI-written marketing gets technical products wrong
95% of B2B marketers now use AI, but only 39% say it improves their results (CMI and MarketingProfs B2B research, via MarketScale, July 2026; the survey is sponsored). For products with specs, the gap shows up as rework.
It sounds like everyone else
Generic headlines, invented benefits, a spec that's slightly off. Fixing a draft takes longer than writing it.
The brief stalls after approval
Who's making the video? Can we do it in-house? What will it cost? Nobody knows, so the launch waits.
Feedback is scattered
Comments in email, Slack and a PDF. Which version did the product team actually approve?
Approvals are getting longer too: the average number of revision rounds before approval rose from three in 2007 to five today (IPA, The BetterIdeas Project, via Marketing Week, March 2025).
HOW IT WORKS
How MyndHyve keeps product details accurate
- 01.
Load your product facts
Spec sheets, product docs, brand guide and past campaigns go into a private workspace for each product or client.
- 02.
Draft the whole campaign
Brief, landing page, emails, ad copy, and image and video briefs, in your voice. Every claim links to the document it came from.
- 03.
Plan who makes what
Each brief comes with a production plan: what your team can make, what to hand to a freelancer or agency, and a rough budget.
- 04.
Review, sign off, launch
Named reviewers approve the exact drafts in one link. You choose how much the agents do on their own.
YOUR TEAM STAYS IN CHARGE
AI agents do the legwork. Your people make the calls.
Every campaign runs as a workflow. Agents handle routine steps like drafting, resizing and checking claims against your docs. Named people approve the claims, the spend and the launch.
Set each campaign to review every step, review what matters, or let it run and get pulled in only when a decision needs a person. MyndHyve also learns who on your team wants which work, so the plan builds people up instead of around them.

- We need a landing page and a short product video for the Model 300 launch.
- Jordan can take the landing page this sprint. For the video, Priya said she wants more motion work, or a freelancer runs about $2,500 to $4,000. Want me to draft briefs for both?

Why the details are the job
A team of four, a launch, and one number that has to be right. Narrated and captioned. Never autoplays.
The details are the job
A 97-second narrated film. A marketing team of four has three weeks to launch a fictional product, the Model 300. A generic AI tool writes a headline that claims 40% when the spec sheet says 38%, every draft needs checking, and the approved brief stalls. MyndHyve then learns the team's specs, brand and past campaigns, drafts with a source for every claim, runs the campaign as a workflow where agents take routine steps and people make the calls, assigns the video to the designer who asked for more motion work, and after a one-link sign-off shows which ad is working. It ends on "Nobody got replaced. Everybody got better."

WHY WE'RE BUILDING THIS
Who is building it
David Tufts founded MyndHyve. He has spent 25 years leading software teams, including at Our Daily Bread and Gordon Food Service, and started MyndHyve after watching AI tools write fast and still get the product wrong.

QUESTIONS
Questions about MyndHyve
What is MyndHyve?
MyndHyve is an AI campaign studio for B2B marketing agencies, and for in-house teams too. It drafts launch campaigns from each client's product docs with a source for every claim, plans who makes what, and runs client review and sign-off in one place. It's in development and taking founding agencies.
Who is it for?
Agencies of 2 to 20 people that run campaigns for companies whose products have specs, claims or compliance details that have to be right. In-house B2B marketing teams are a fit too.
How is it different from ChatGPT with our documents?
A chat assistant reads your PDFs one conversation at a time. MyndHyve keeps your product facts, brand, drafts, sources, reviewers and production plan together for the whole campaign, and every claim links back to where it came from.
What happens when it can't back up a claim?
In the early build, a quality check flags claims it can’t trace to your docs, so a person decides. The goal is that MyndHyve asks you rather than invent a number.
Does it work for agencies?
Agencies are who we're building it for first. Each client gets its own workspace, documents, brand and approvers. For founding agencies, we set up the studio with you.
Will it replace our team or our agency?
No. It suggests who should make what, including your team, a freelancer or your agency. People decide and do the creative work.
How do you handle our documents?
Each workspace is private to your team, the AI providers we use don't train on your prompts or documents, and you can delete your documents any time. We'll answer your security questionnaire.
What does it cost?
The founding agency pilot is $500 for 60 days, credited to your subscription if you stay. We'll agree the ongoing price with you before the pilot ends.
Can I use it today?
Design partners get the early build. It generates real briefs, messaging and drafts today, with rough edges we’re fixing. Everyone else can apply now and we’ll tell you when it opens.
